Thats it, usually it works well to tell HIM your sins and ask for forgiveness at night. And to praise HIM and thank HIM at the beginning of the day. Use verses (psalms are great) to learn how to pray. They will teach you how to let forgiveness wash over you, how to ask forgiveness, and so much more.
